FAQ

Do you have a physical shop I can visit?

No we do not, but we occasionally appear at conventions and pop up shops! Please subscribe to us on facebook, tumblr, or our newsletter to find out where we’ll be next!

What shipping method do you use?

We use USPS and ship priority with tracking in the US unless stated otherwise. Rush shipping is available upon request, please contact us for a quote!

Do you ship internationally?

Yes we do! We ship all of our items using USPS. Our standard shipping is first class with no tracking or insurance, but will happily upgrade your shipping service upon request with the additional fees. We do not accept returns from international sales. We always provide proof of shipping for all orders.


Return Policy:

If you are unsatisfied with your item please contact us immediately. US customers have 1 week from the date the items arrives (according to the tracking records) to get in contact with us about a return. You must pay return shipping with tracking. Once the item has arrived back at our warehouse and is in the same condition as it was sent out in we will refund you the purchase price of the item. THERE ARE NO RETURNS ON INTERNATIONAL PURCHASES.
